Let go of your past today and reach out for your future.
So much of what we hold onto comes from someone else: society, parents, peers or partners. When you know it is not your thoughts or your beliefs, "Give it back" to where it comes from. Take a few deep breaths say in your head "That's not mine, I give it back". With practice this can be a powerful tool for letting go of unwanted beliefs that come from other people.
