Don't forget yourself
In life's busy schedule it is too easy to lose track of who we are and to forget to look after ourselves.
“Me time” is so important and scheduling in a little
each day is a small step to starting to love yourself again and getting to know
yourself. Pencil it in your diary, 30 minutes a day and make it as important as everything else you follow in your diary. You will be amazed how much better you can feel about yourself by taking some "Me time". Meditation is a great place to start :)
